Shrud Studios Terms and Conditions (Rules)
The Web site from which you accessed this agreement (“the Web site”) is provided to you subject to the following conditions. These terms are in addition to any other terms governing access to the Web site. By visiting (in any manner) the Web site you accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”). Please read them carefully.
Spamming
For spammers, here’s some information just to be extra clear:
• We have a zero spam policy. That means we do not tolerate ANY spam or spammers.
• We share our blacklists, so in addition to being permanently banned from this site, spammers here risk being banned from literally hundreds of thousands of Web sites and servers.
• NO Web sites submitted by spammers will ever be listed on our site.
• Web sites submitted by spammers are banned indefinitely, and all referral links from spam sites are blocked indefinitely.
• We report all spammers to “spam-away” sites.
• We will never visit or link to spam sites, link farm sites, or other spammers’ sites.
• We actively block referral links from all link farm sites and spam sites.
• We save all spam submissions to provide to appropriate law enforcement to help prosecute spammers.
Access to Our Site
We try and ensure that availability to the website is uninterrupted and transmissions will be error free. However, we cannot due to the nature of the internet, guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time including to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services or that errors may occur. We of course try and limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.
Accounts and Passwords
Whether you have purchased an online subscription or are a registered user to another part of Shrud Studios, the details which are registered with us, allow you and only you use on our website, for as long as we allow access, or in the case of a subscription, for the period of the contract. Personal accounts therefore may not be shared.
Re-Registering
If you, for any reason what so ever, were banned from our forum/site, you are not allowed to re-register for an account. We do not allow instant IP blocking because we know many computers are networked and not all users use their home computers to access our website all the time. However, if it shall require, we will begin to apply auto-IP ban to any banned accounts. If you believe you were banned for an uncalled reason, please instant message one of our staff members. This website contains links including hyperlinks, which may take you outside of our web-site/forum. Links are provided for your convenience and an inclusion on any link does not imply endorsement or approval by us of the linked website, its operator or content (other than where this is another BMJ PG website or a website operated by one of our co-owners of any BMJ Journals), and we are not responsible for any website outside of our site.
Site Rippers, Mass Downloader’s, and Offline Browsers
Visitors may not, under any circumstances, use site rippers, offline browsers, site downloader’s, or automated software to access or download anything from our web-site or forum. It is forbidden to save entire pages to download the graphics, presets, or other materials from our site.
Note: Anyone using these types of software will be banned indefinitely and potentially all of our sister sites.
Privacy
Details entered such as the customer name, address, contact details and the products purchased will be retained on this site. Information entered into the site by you will be treated as confidential. Our service agents may have limited access to parts of this information to verify purchase ID, date of purchase and customer surname.

Employment
Shrud Studios often search the web to seek potential candidates for open positions. To meet our needs and requirements, due to the large sums of applicants we find, we find our self in the need to eliminate some applicants right off the bat. It is not possible to host interviews for 100 applicants. To make it easier on our selves and the company, we will eliminate any candidate who does not fullfill certain requirements.
**Shrud Developer Center is a non-sectarian, private organization. Shrud Developer Center does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender or disability. However, we reserve full rights to retire any member due to issues of attitude towards co-workers and customers and low quality performance at work space.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the countries situated in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia and Antarctica whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save where it is necessary for enforcement reasons, for BMJ PG to bring proceedings in an alternative jurisdiction.
